Weight reduction

News flash!!! It doesn't reduce no matter what I do. Have stayed off KFC and ate oats BUT the dial still hovers around 71kg - 72kg. Have started actively jogging again at 6.15 am no less. I didn't even woke up that early during my schooling days! Of course I only weight 30+ kg when I was still schooling.

Current Regime
Warm up - full stretch head to toe
Jog around the park ( around 1km per round) 5x
Squats 10 x 4
Crunches 10 x 3
Push up 10 x 3
Hand to toe stretch 10 x 1 --> pull my hamstring so no do anymore

Today I ate
3 pieces banana cake
2 half boil eggs and 2 sets of toast
1 chicken sandwich

4 months 27 days and 2 kg to go.
